We didn’t really pick Mago… it picked us. Here is the quick story.
We were looking at real estate in the area and decided to take a right vs a left turn (true story) and we ended up at this 175 acre retreat center with waterfalls and amazing beauty in the middle of the desert and far from everything. We felt an immediate connection and signed up for an orientation.
At the orientation – Jeanne asked them if we could get married there and they said they rarely do weddings but agreed, and so the president of Mago Ilchibuko Todd (a spiritual teacher) offered to officiate the ceremony.
Mago is an amazing place
It is a very spiritual place where you can feel the energy of the Earth. All woo-woo talk aside, the energy is real and palpable.
