An amazing room with a view - our bedroom overlooking the ocean
It was quite a drive from Hana and we arrived just as the maid was leaving and once we got settled here was our view…
Beautiful sunsets on the beach and a comfy bed was all we needed to finalize our Honeymoon… oh wait there’s more… We decided to do the Lahaina tourist trap stuff and see the art galleries… here is a sample.
In the center of Lahaina is the largest Banyan tree in the USA. It is big. The same species (Bodhi tree) that the Buddha ties himself to to gain enlightenment. Maybe Jeanne will tie me up and see if it gives me wisdom.
A few of the art galleries and though some of the works were stunning… the price tags were too. All those rich people from around the world need something to spend their money on – right?
Someone came along and took a final pic of us both – before we headed back to the house on the bay for a final sunset and roll in the hay.
